The Cuba example with over two xxx live million people given the leptospirosis nosode is the bit that made me sit up — that's not a small anecdote, whatever you make of the theory behind it. I get a lot of my fun from the UK platform, so stumbling on something this niche and genuinely thought-provoking was a surprise.
